Genuine Media Audiovisual is looking for an audio/video and control system engineer to design and provide system documentation for both packaged and custom control system. We want a self-directed problem-solver that is able to develop innovative solutions and consistently implement them. This person needs to be comfortable both working as part of a team and in leading a team. An ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is also required.

Genuine Media Audiovisual has a challenging opportunity for a Media/ IT Support Specialist. The selected candidate will provide integrated information and media technology solutions for clients over the phone and onsite for special event spaces. He/she will also provide one-on-one specialized technical assistance to end-users, administrators and staff. They will provide high quality computing services by investigating, identifying and resolving user problems.
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with 2 years relevant experience including: consulting on audio, visual, and multimedia equipment and use; troubleshooting and performing complex repairs; preparing display equipment for interface with current systems, and supervising staff. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and problem solving skills required.
