Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, motivate and oversee day to day activities of all sales staff
  • Develop a sales plan by region to establish and maintain effective and efficient sales for each region
  • Review and assist in the development of new sales proposals. Approve sales proposals per company sales policy and guidelines.
  • Provide oversight of pricing of all costs associated with the sale of projects and products
  • Development of sales programs, promotions and materials
  • Administrate and enforce sales team recruitment, employment agreements and expense policies
  • Schedule and run regularly scheduled sales meetings
  • Identification and management of appropriate vertical market and geographical territorial delegation to sales personnel
  • Oversee and enforce sales personnel reporting, accountability and communication procedures
  • Provide regular and timely monthly reporting, including analysis and comments of sales forecasts
  • Review and approve sales commissions for all sales staff prior to release for payment

Career Description

  1. Develop and implement territory sales plan to achieve targeted sales goals; coordinates the execution of the territory sales plan
  2. Makes sales presentations to prospective customers for Genuine Media Audiovisual’s Services and solutions to, Corporate, Small Business, Education, Government and Residential organizations.
  3. Coordinate phone/mail campaigns for the territory in conjunction with the Inside Sales person.
  4. Provide customer service assistance to potential and existing customers and maintains positive working relationships with Customer Service and/or Product Distribution teams to ensure customers' satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of GMAV’s services, solutions, programs and corresponding marketing and support materials for all end users, distributors and manufactures.
  6. Completes administrative paperwork to report lead generating and sales results, weekly and monthly reports.  Completes all required paperwork for the placement and fulfillment of orders for customers.
  7. Participates in Trade Shows as directed.
  8. Completes special projects and public relations activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in outside technical sales direct to Corporate, small Business, education, government, residential  and end user customers. Ideal background would be someone from a sales program.

AUDIOVISUAL LEAD TECHNICIAN

Career Description

We are looking for a lead technician who can be responsible for leading a job from initial contract to punch-list. The responsibilities for this role include:


  • Leading and contributing to the installation of audio, video and control systems. 
  • Testing and programming control systems, computer controlled digital signal processors, routers and mixers.
  • Leading projects through final adjustment and commissioning of installed systems.
  • Following equipment lists, floor plans, rack and console elevations using AutoCad and other elevation formats.
  • Creating test plans and test systems.
  • Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are followed during installation.


Qualifications: 


  • Experience performing each of the job responsibilities outlined above in an associated industry or equivalent technical education.
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Electronics or engineering degree from an accredited college or university is a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized. PC, Mac OS and networking experience.
  • Understanding of electronics and the ability to read drawings and schematics. Candidate must have a professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Familiarity with programming on: Crestron, AMX, Extron, BSS, DBX, RTI, Polycom, Clear One, Tandberg, Niles Audio/Control.
  • Familiar with both commercial and residential products, including product lines from: Crown, JBL, Extron, Rane, Niles, Sonos, Mark Levinson, Lexicon, B&W, Kaleidescape and above listed manufacturers.
  • CTS, Cisco CCNA and/or Microsoft MCxx certification a plus.
  • Additionally, a background in electronics including CCTV, Access Control and green technologies and/or acoustics would be helpful.

Summary: 

Genuine Media Audiovisual is looking for an audio/video and control system engineer to design and provide system documentation for both packaged and custom control system. We want a self-directed problem-solver that is able to develop innovative solutions and consistently implement them. This person needs to be comfortable both working as part of a team and in leading a team. An ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is also required. 


Responsibilities:

  • Create standards for all system documentation.
  • Design both Packages & Custom systems.
  • Produce AutoCad & D-Tools documentation for all systems
  • Ensure that all engineering documentation is complete, easy to interpret, and functionally delivers what has been defined by the Scope Documentation.
  • Participate on the team that will determine 3rd party hardware, networking protocols, and configuration standards.
  • Participate on the team that will define current and future system platforms and packages. Ensure that the platforms and packages meet the Encore goals of simplicity, reliability and performance.


Qualifications:

  • D-Tools Proficient
  • AutoCad Proficient
  • Five years of Crestron and/or AMX Residential and/or Commercial Design Experience

Programming of AMX or Crestron control systems for corporate, medical, classrooms, and residential installations. If you like seeing your work come to life and working with teams to accomplish big goals, this is the job for you. You will be working as the lead developer in a multiple team environment contributing to a single project. Each job requires your direct involvement from start to finish. Travel at an average of two work weeks per month should be expected, depending on project locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Programming AMX or Crestron control systems.
  • Remote and on-site loading, testing and support of AMX or Crestron system code and graphics
  • Development of internal frameworks for AMX or Crestron. 


Required Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years programming AMX or Crestron systems.
  • Experience installing and testing code onsite.
  • Experience with multiple processor installations
  • Understanding of basic wiring and networking principles
  • Level 2 manufacturers training or greater, by AMX or Crestron.
  • Exceptional communication skills clear, direct, detailed.
  • Highly motivated to complete jobs successfully and efficiently.
  • Experience working with clients in a professional manner.

The selected candidate will provide integrated information and media technology solutions for clients over the phone and onsite for special event spaces. He/she will also provide one-on-one specialized technical assistance to end-users, administrators and staff. They will provide high quality computing services by investigating, identifying and resolving user problems. 

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with 2 years relevant experience including: consulting on audio, visual, and multimedia equipment and use; troubleshooting and performing complex repairs; preparing display equipment for interface with current systems, and supervising staff. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and problem solving skills required.
